We're artists, not data collectors — but to run our shop smoothly, we do need to gather a small amount of information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how it's used whenever you browse, shop, or interact with byKEIRSTEN print shop.

What We Collect (And Why)

When you do business with us — or just look around the site — we collect a few things:

• Your Info: Name, email, shipping/billing address, phone number (if you give it).

• Your Orders: What you bought, when, how often.

• Payment Details: Handled by Wix/Stripe/PayPal — we don’t see your card number. Ever.

• Site Behavior: What you click, how long you stay, where you came from. Standard stuff tracked via cookies, Pinterest Tag, and other tools.

• We need to ship you beautiful things.

• We want to give you a better experience.

• We'd like to tell you when something new is coming (only if you’ve opted in).

• We’re a small business — targeted ads help us reach people who care about what we create.

Marketing: Here’s the Deal

If you sign up for emails, you’ll get them. They’re written by a human (hi 👋🏼), not a robot. We don’t send fluff. We don’t sell your data. We don’t share your list with other artists or brands. That’s shady. We’re not shady.

That said, here’s what we do do:

• Meta Ads: We use the Meta Pixel to track behavior and serve you ads on Instagram.

• Pinterest Ads: Yep, same idea. Pinterest knows what you pin — we just try to show up when you’re looking for something inspiring.

You can opt out of marketing emails anytime. You can also adjust your ad preferences on Meta, Pinterest, or your browser. We won’t take it personally.

This site isn’t perfect. There may be inaccuracies, errors, typographical mistakes, and all sorts of messes on this website and in the studio content in general. We reserve the right to change all of it.  byKEIRSTEN shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by this website, or any third party. If you are not happy with this website, you don’t have to use it.

Payment information is not retained byKEIRSTEN and we take precautions to protect your information during this process. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.  Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way through a Payment Processing System.
